Blox Safety Supports are designed to replace traditional timber dunnage. These are a range of load-rated cribbing and jacking blocks engineered to support heavy equipment that has been lifted for maintenance, inspection, access or repair. Timber blocks may have hidden defects such as cracks, knots, and other imperfections, making it difficult to accurately determine their load-bearing capacity. In addition, the decline of old growth forests has made quality hardwood timber an increasingly scarce resource.

Blox Safety Supports are manufactured from recycled materials using a controlled and repeatable process, supported by strict production and quality assurance standards. This delivers reliable and consistent performance in load-bearing applications. Their cup-and-cone design provides secure interlocking when stacked, helping to minimise the risk of load movement and slippage.

Blox Safety Supports are environmentally responsible and highly durable, and offer a long service life. They are resistant to fuels, oils and most common industrial chemicals, are nonconductive, and will not splinter, crack, or rot.

Zero G Arm systems improve productivity while reducing operator fatigue and the risk of injury.

Zero G tool balancing systems operate without electricity or compressed air, allowing workers to manage heavy tools such as roof bolt tensioners, impact drills, chipping hammers and grinders for extended periods. By supporting the tool weight, Zero G Arm systems reduce the physical strain and fatigue associated with repetitive tasks, including drilling, tiling, chipping, and grinding.

Designed to support tool payloads of up to 23 kilograms, Zero G Arm systems fully counterbalance the tool weight, enabling users to move heavy equipment freely, safely and with greater precision. This helps minimise fatigue, reduce injury risk and improve overall operator control. The system also lowers the likelihood of dropping tools when working at height, and helps prevent musculoskeletal injuries caused by awkward or restricted positions.

The Zero G ergonomic tool arm is available with multiple mounting options to suit different workplace requirements, including portable gantries, trolleys, jib arms, and linear rail systems.
